An Introduction to Polarity Therapy: February 11th, 12th, 2012

Come and join Rose’s Apprenticeship class for a weekend of exploring the profound healing modality of Polarity Therapy.

We will learn the wireless anatomy of Dr. Randolph Stone, visionary, DO, DC, ND, which includes bodywork, movement, nutrition and self awareness.

The weekend will include: theory and application of the  system, polarity yoga for moving energy, cleansing and introduction to healthy eating, bodywork to move the energy through the Three Poles and general footwork.

You will leave the weekend with knowing how to give an hr. polarity therapy session.

This weekend you can receive 16 hrs towards NCBTMB .
